We provide two free months of support when you buy the software, after which, support blocks may be purchased or you can choose to be billed upon each call.  Design Manager, Inc. provides several methods for obtaining support for Design Manager: (ALL support methods are subject to billing)

•Email us at Support@DesignManager.com A technician will contact you when they have received and reviewed your question.

 

•Technicians are available to answer questions on our telephone support line Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. ET to 5:00 p.m ET.  Call (215) 345-0844.  Please leave a detailed message explaining the support you require, in order for the proper technician to return your call (generally within an hour of receipt). All calls are taken and returned in the order they are received.
