The Budget Analysis Report is accessed from the Reports Window, Project Management folder. This report is designed to compare the estimated and actual price of each Item to the budget amount.
This report uses the budget amount that can be entered on each Item using the field located on the Item Window - Pricing Information Tab. The report shows the estimated price (Proposal price), the actual price (price invoiced to the client), the budget amount, and a variance for each.
