The Project Listing Report is accessed from the Reports Window, Glossary Listings folder. This report provides a listing of all Projects including Items and Components, if desired.
This report allows you to enter a range of Projects. You may choose to sort the report by Project code or Project name. This report prints in either a summary or a detail version. The summary version shows the Project code, name, client, contact, and phone numbers. The detail version includes summary information plus Project addresses and other information from the Project Window, as well as Client Deposit and payment information. You may choose to print any Project notes you have entered. If the Show Items option is set to "No", then the Item number range will be ignored.
