The Vendor Labels and Envelopes Report is accessed through the Reports Window, Mailing Labels and Envelopes folder. This report allows you to print mailing labels and addresses on envelopes for Vendors.
This report can be printed for a range of Vendors. Choose to print labels or envelopes from the Mailing Format menu. Labels and envelopes can be sorted by name or zip code. You may specify a starting row and column when printing labels by selecting from the appropriate menus which allows you to use partial sheets of labels. Certain Ink Jet printers draw the envelope through in the opposite direction from a laser printer. In this case change the Printer Type to “Ink Jet.”
