The Balance Sheet requires an Ending Date which determines the last Fiscal Month from which transactions will be included on the report.  The Ending Date defaults to the last day of the current calendar month.  The Show Prior Year option allows the Account balances for the same period of the last fiscal year to be displayed on the report.  The Show Time Stamp selection allows the exact system date and time that the report was printed to optionally be printed on the top of the Balance Sheet.  The Time Stamp is independent of the date entered in the Date Ending field.  The Suppress Zero Accounts option will cause the report skip any Accounts that have a zero balance as of the Ending Date. The Layout button opens the Balance Sheet Layout Window where Accounts can be  grouped and arranged in any way desired.
