User-Defined Date Report

The User-Defined Date Report is accessed from the Reports Window, Project Management, Order Tracking folder and monitors the two user-defined dates provided in Design Manager along with other Order Tracking information for Components that have been included on a Purchase Order for a Project.  The user-defined dates can be used for recording and tracking additional dates not already provided by the software.  The titles for User Date 1 and User Date 2 can be changed throughout Design Manager by inputting the desired titles on the Company Advanced Window – General Tab.

The User-Defined Date Report can be printed for ranges of Clients, Projects, Vendors, and Ordered Dates.  Further, the Selection Date range can be used to narrow the report by  either User Date 1 or User Date 2 depending on the Date Selection menu.  Components either with or without the selected user-defined date based upon the Show Components menu.  The Vendor contact information, Status / Notes of the Component, and the full Component Description for each Component can also be optionally displayed.
