The Chart of Accounts Report is accessed from the Reports Window, General Ledger folder and provides a list of Accounts that are currently in the General Ledger.
Both a Summary and a Detail version of the report are available. The Summary version lists the Account Number, Name, and Account Type. The Detail version also includes whether the Account is a Payroll Account, and provides Checking and Bank Numbers if they exist for the Account. A range of Accounts can be entered to narrow the scope of the report. The Chart of Accounts can be sorted by either Account Type then Account Number, Account Number only, or Account Name. The report will default to sort by Account Type then Account Number.
