The Material Reference Report is accessed from the Reports Window, Project Management folder and provides a list of all Items designated as Material on the Item Window - Specification Information Tab. Such a listing is useful to ensure the proper supplemental goods and materials for a Project are allocated for and, ultimately, delivered to the proper area in the Project.
Ranges for Location and Project Codes are available to narrow the scope of the report. The Display Locations menu allows Project, Company-wide, or both types of Locations to be displayed. When printing the report for the Company-wide list only, the Project range will be ignored. The Location Listing Report may be sorted by Location Code or Location Name as determined by the Sort Report By selection.
