The Proposal Search Window can be found when you have your cursor placed inside a Proposal/Doc No. field and you choose the Search 
button.
To select a Proposal, highlight the Proposal and Double-Click on it, or click on the Choose Button.
Choosing Cancel, closes this Search window.
