The Journal Entry Journal is accessed from the Reports Window, General Ledger folder. This report lists all Journal Entries posted to the General Ledger for a designated period.
This report allows you to enter a range of months for which the report will print. Information on the report includes the Journal Entry number, transaction number, date, description, Account, and whether the transaction was a debit or a credit to the Account. The Journal Entry Journal also includes Journal Entry number and Account number range so that Journal Entries can be shown only for a certain account. Note: using the Account range may cause the net debits and credits not to match which is to be expected in this case.
