Each of the reports under Label and Envelopes gives you the following choices:
Mailing Format: Choose whether to print Labels or Envelopes.
Sort By: You can also choose to print in order of the contact Name or Zip Code.
Start on Row: When printing labels you can choose which label row to start printing on.
Start on Column: When printing labels you can choose which label column to start printing on.
Printer Type: Select either Laser or Ink Jet depending on the model of your printer.
Contact Name: Whether or not to include the contact name in the address.
Select the desired printer, and click OK to print the labels or envelopes.
