The Trial Balance Report is accessed through the Reports Window, General Ledger folder. This report lists all of the Accounts in the Chart of Accounts with the current balance of each Account shown as either a debit or a credit. This report will include all activity as of the designated Month Ending date. This report is constantly updated upon entering any fiscal transactions into Design Manager.
Enter a month ending and the report will print a trial balance as of the last day of this month. The Suppress Zero Accounts option will prevent Accounts with a zero balance from appearing on the report.
