The To Do List Task and Appointments Window is a feature which allows you to enter Appointments, or Tasks, that are to occur at a later date. You may review the list within Design Manager as well as have the software remind you when it is time to perform a particular Task or to keep an Appointment. In addition, you have the ability to enter tasks to be performed by others and to have those tasks automatically appear on the list of another individual.
