Assigning Hand Check Numbers or Wire Transfers

If a hand written check, wire transfer, or debit card payment is being used as the payment method for the Vendor or Workroom, first tag the Payable(s) that are being paid.  All Payables that are tagged must be for the same payee.  Next press the Hand Check / Wire / Debit button on the Checking Window - Pay Bills / Print Check Tab.  This will open the Invoice Payment Window where you can select to pay with a Hand Check, Wire Transfer, or Debit Card, designate the appropriate Checking Account, and input the appropriate payment information.  For more information, see the Invoice Payment Window.
