Add new or view current Client, Project Site, Vendor & Employee Contact information. All can be found under the Contacts option from the main menu. You can add new contacts here; however, contacts that exist in Design Manager cannot be edited from the App, they can only be updated inside Pro Cloud.

To add a new contact, select the contact type and then touch the + sign in the top right-hand corner. You can choose to enter a new contact manually, or you can select one from your device’s contacts. Once you have added the details about your contact, select the check mark to save the entry.  All new Contact entries will be seen on your Whiteboard in Design Manager.  There you can edit and make changes before finalizing its addition to your contact’s glossary. If a user does not have permission to create any of the Contact types, the user can Transfer the Captured Contact from their Whiteboard to another user that does have permissions.

 

When on the Detailed window of the Contact, all information you view is active.  Click on a Phone number to make a call. Select Email to send a new email, or touch the Address to open the location in the Maps App.

Clients – Current Clients can be searched to view their contact information.  Select a contact to see their Phone Number, Billing Address, Email and Projects that are created in Design Manager. Under the Projects section, you will see a list of all the Projects for that Client.  Selecting a Project will show you all of the Proposals for that Project, as well as all Items Not Proposed. Below the Proposal, you will see the Locations and after selecting a Location, the Items within that Location will appear. Item details show the Image, Item Name and reference number, Item Description, as well as the Total Price on the Proposal.  Selecting an Item will show further detail that includes the Vendor and Cost.

 

Projects – The Project Site Contact detail is similar to the Client contact; however, it shows the information of the Project Site level with the Site Address and details. Under the Proposals section, you will see a list of all of the Proposals for that Project, as well as all Items Not Proposed. Below the Proposal, you will see the Locations on the Proposal and after selecting a Location, the Items within that Location will appear. The Item details show the Image, Item Name and reference number, Item Description, as well as the Total Price on the Proposal.  Selecting an Item will show further detail that includes the Vendor and Cost.

 

Vendors & Employees will show the Contact Name, Phone Number, Email, Address and a secondary Phone Number.
