Use the Mobile App to Enter the Time you have spent on your projects and it will appear in your Design Manager for record keeping and Invoicing.

Select the Time option from the main menu to get started.  You can manually add a new entry by selecting the + sign or use the Start Timer feature to keep a running clock while you complete your activity.

Start Timer: Select this option to keep a running clock while you work.  Optionally select a Project and Activity for the job you are working on.  A description is required before creating the entry.  If the Time Entry is not billable, you may select the Non-Billable toggle.

 A timer can be kept running while using the rest of the app. It will run until you are ready to Pause it or Create a new Entry from the elapsed time. When the timer is running, you will see a green notification on the Time icon at the bottom of the App. To pause the timer or create the entry select the Time icon (clock) and touch Go to Timer.  Choose Pause or Create Entry.  If you select Create Entry, a new Time Entry will be added to the Time Entries list. You will now be able to see this and all other Time Entry Captures on your Whiteboard.

Add Time Manually: To add a new time entry select the + sign in the top right-hand corner of the Time Entries screen. Enter as much or as little detail about your task as you wish; Description is the ONLY required field.

 

Time Entry fields:

Project – type to search and select the Project the task is for. To Add a new Project, select the + sign (see how to add new project here).
Activity - type to search and select the Activity completed. The activity must exist in your Pro Cloud, you cannot add a new one from the App.
Date & Hours – choose when and for how long the work was done. Optionally include a Start & Stop Time.
Description – If you have selected an Activity, the Description may auto fill itself. You can add/edit this Description before saving your new entry. This field is required to add a new Time Entry.
Non-billable – if the work is not billable to a client, you can touch to toggle this switch on.

 

Once you have added all of the details about your Time Entry, select the check mark to save (top right). A new Time Entry will be added to the Time Entries list. You will now be able to see this and all other Time Entry Captures on your Whiteboard.
