Design Manager contains a system that allows you to enter employee time to a Project then invoice the Client for that time. The system consists of the Employee / Manager / Salesperson Window to create Employees with billing rates, the Time Activity Window to assist in categorizing billable hours such as Drafting, Shopping, and Meeting With Client, and the Time Keeping Window and Time Entry Window to manage and record billable hours, respectively.
As time is entered you can assign a cost so you can track the true cost of a Project. Time can be entered as Billable or Non-billable so you can track overhead.
Employee Time Billing contains a number of reports to help you review and manage time including the Project and Employee Time Analysis reports and the Hours Journal.
