Email an Excel Time Sheet to yourself or an employee so they may enter their time into it.  Once they are finished, they can send the file back so that you can Import it into the Design Manager Employee Time.

There are two areas within the program to do so:

1.Employee Time Window
2.Address Book

Employee Time Window

First enter the Employee code and date range that you wish to collect time for.

Once you choose Send, the recipient will be able to open and save the Excel file.  The Excel file will appear as below:

To change the default Excel file, see Company Advanced Options Window - Time Tab.

***NOTE: The default Excel Time Sheet can be opened and manipulated within Microsoft Excel (recommended).  If you do not have Excel, we have found that the file can also be edited in Google Docs/Sheets.  Numbers does not appear to be compatible with the defaulted Excel Sheet as its field validation is too complex for the program. You can, however, create your own file within Numbers that does not include such complexities.***
